Where does Cinegirl ship?

Cinegirl currently ships to the United Kingdom only. We are working on bringing Cinegirl everywhere around the world. Please Tag us @cinegirlmag #cinegirlmag to let us know where you live.

How long does it take to ship?

Normal Shipping usually takes approximately 2-5 business days (it may very as we will be using an external courier company to ship your product(s). As soon as your order is confirmed and ready for despatch we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Will I be charged VAT & Duties?

Orders will have no VAT included as currently Cinegirl is not registered for VAT. This may change and our prices will reflect this change on our online store. 

Do you ship to UK PO Boxes?

I’m afraid not.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@cinegirl.net. 

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Cinegirl product(s). Please get in touch with info@cinegirl.net along with your order number and the product(s) you would like to exchange or return, and we’ll try to resolve it as smoothly as possible. Please submit your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Thank you. 

Billing

Always provide accurate and up-to-date payment information at the time you order any or our Product(s). We have contracted a third-party payment processor to facilitate purchases made on our website. Please be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by our payment processor and your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.
